Responsibilities & Services:
The County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office is responsible for issuing and recording marriage licenses, recording real estate transactions, issuing liquor licenses, registering voters, conducting all primary general and county elections. The County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office also performs jury duties. This Office also is also responsible for titling and registration of motor vehicles.
