Service and Responsibilities:

The Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office is responsible for maintaining records such as civil proceedings, criminal cases, divorce proceedings, small claims disputes, requests for name changes, court judgments and so on. Besides, the Clerk of the Circuit Court also performs administrative tasks, i.e. jury management, Court financial management, Court record management, collections and enforcement of all Court ordered financial obligations.
