The 49-year old male suspect from our incident is believed to be under the influence of narcotics. After the suspect is evaluated at the hospital he will be booked into jail on domestic violence charges.

Officers had conducted a traffic stop on this subject this weekend where he had displayed a sword towards the officer and then fled. A short pursuit occurred before officers lost sight of the subject.
