Service and Responsibilities:

The Clerk of Courts Office is the official court responsible for recording, maintaining, and processing criminal and juvenile records for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. Besides, the Clerk of Court’s Office is also in charge of assessing court-imposed costs and fines and licensing private detectives. Furthermore, the Clerk of Court’s Office also handles administrative duties such as preparing prison commitments, bail, processing motions and petitions, summary appeals and appeals to the PA Superior and Supreme Courts.
