As counties have the obligation to register offenders, some of them maintain separate registries or provide links to the national and the state resources. The purpose of these registries is to give the public information about sex perpetrators. All Oklahoma sex offenders and kidnappers, including those resident in Blaine County can be viewed by looking up in the Oklahoma Sex and Violent Offender Registry.
