Service and Responsibilities:

The Court Clerk’s Office’s primary responsibility is to record files and keep permanent records of the District Court proceedings. The Clerk’s Office works with Civil, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile, Domestic Relations, Small Claims Divisions of Court. Besides, the Court Clerk’s Office also maintains an appearance docket for each case filed, maintains word-for-word transcripts of court proceedings filed by the Court Reporter, and collects fees for licenses and court costs payments and deposits for the court funds.
