Standard sex offenses include rape, sexual assault, distribution of child pornography, abuse, molestation and similar illegal sex acts performed against the will of another individual.

Sex registries are maintained in order to provide information about the offender’s location and physical description to the community with the purpose of providing safety. Bail and Bondsman

The judge who manages the hearing of an arrested person sets a bail amount to enable that person to stay out of jail until the trial date. The bail is posted as a security for court appearance. Inmate roster lists usually contain the description and the total bond amount. If you wish to help an inmate by posting a bail on his or her behalf you can do so by coming to the jail window or by calling the Iron County Jail on 573-546-7051 to ask for details. When you don’t have the bail amount with you, you can reach out to a bonding company and ask for a loan. The bonding agent will post the bail on the arrested person’s behalf.
