Maryville Treatment Center is located in Maryville, Missouri. The facility was designed to hold 561 inmates and houses minimum-security inmates. The prison opened in 1996. This is a substance abuse treatment program facility. The facility is located on approximately 44 acres. There are adult basic education programs and vocational training programs available to inmates. Inmates receive basic medical, dental, and mental health care. There are substance abuse programs and self-improvement programs available. There are also re-entry programs to help inmates transition to life outside of prison.

Visitation Policies:
Visitors must be approved before visiting an inmate, and each visitor must complete an application. It is the responsibility of the inmate to notify the visitor of approval beforehand. Adult visitors must have a valid government ID. Visitors age 13-18 must have a student photo ID or valid government ID.
Visitors must pass through a metal detector and be checked for narcotics and explosives. Cars and bags are subject to searches.
Due to COVID-19, no one under 18 is allowed to visit currently. There is a maximum of 2 visitors per offender, and visits are limited to 2 per month. Visits are two hours in length. Face covers and temperature screenings are required in order to visit. No contact is allowed. All visits must be scheduled in advance.
