The Franklin County Clerk’s Office offers a variety of other services including:

The Franklin County Clerk’s office has deeds and mortgage records dating back to 1795. Indexing for liens/encumbrances start in January of 1981. They also have wills indexed back to 1795.Records maintained in this office also include:
