Services and Responsibilities:

The State Court provides a full range of civil and criminal judicial services with jurisdiction within the geographic boundaries of Turner County. With respect to civil matters, the court enjoys concurrent jurisdiction with the Superior Courts, without regard to a dollar amount, except for those actions where exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the Superior Courts. Services and Responsibilities:

The Turner County Clerk serves as the official custodian of the Turner County seal and materials of public record for the Turner County Board of Commissioners and other County boards and authorities. Additional responsibilities include:
