Important Jail Policies and Procedures
There are two types of visitation session with which all visitations are conducted at the facility. There are on-site and remote visitation systems.
1. On-site Visitation: For on-site visitation, visitors have to come to the facility lobby where the visiting area is located. The visiting hours for on-site visitation are from 8:00 am-10:00 am, 12:00 pm-4:00 pm or 6:00-8:00 pm seven days a week. Each session would be limited to two hours. Each inmate is allowed a maximum of four visitors per session. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents. Visitors must bring in a valid photo ID as a proof of identification.
2. Remote Visitation: For remote visitation, a visitor would need a web browser and account at Telmate. Along with this, a visitor would need a computer, a high-speed internet connection with a webcam, microphone, and a set of speakers. Visitors and inmates can conduct unlimited visitation sessions through remote visitation system. Note that remote visitation would cost $0.66 per minute or $19.80 for a 30-minutes video visitation session. Visitors can schedule their video visitation session by going online at www.gettingout.com or they can use the Telmate kiosk machine. The kiosk machine is located in the facility lobby. All video visitation sessions are monitored and recorded for security purposes.
