Based on what the census recorded in 2010, the population of the county is 930,450 and the county seat is Fresno, which is the fifth largest city in the state. The county was formed in 1856 from portions of Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare counties. Fresno means “ash tree” in Spanish and the total area is 6,011 square miles. Visitation schedule:

Social visits are normally non-contact, conducted through a visit window using telephone handsets. Visiting for each week begins on Saturday and runs through Friday.
